Unique floor plans, preserved 150 year-old hardwoods and exposed wood timber structure details honor the historic nature of the building. The sophisticated urban living preserves the heritage and character within these units while providing mixed-use environments exclusive to urban environments.

Washington Residence
The Washington Residence balanced a (previously renovated) Mid-Century Modern style interior with a traditional brick exterior common to central St. Louis city. This update included an exterior entry redesign, refinishing of stairs and flooring, window replacements and a backyard oasis that bridged the modern elements with the traditional shell.

Vandivort Hotel
The Hotel Vandivort stands as a cornerstone of downtown Springfield’s revitalization and rich architectural legacy. Originally built in 1906 as a Masonic Temple, the building has been thoughtfully restored into a boutique hotel that honors its historic character while embracing contemporary luxury. Its transformation represents a successful blend of preservation and innovation, anchoring the city’s cultural and hospitality scene.

Cupples Hotel
The Cupples 9 Building, constructed in 1894, is a key part of the historic Cupples Station warehouse district—one of the nation’s earliest planned warehouse complexes. The building features distinctive brickwork, arched windows, and detailed masonry. Originally serving as a warehouse during St. Louis’s industrial boom, the building has been thoughtfully restored to blend historic character with modern functionality. Today, Cupples 9 stands as a landmark example of adaptive reuse, contributing to the vibrant revival of downtown St. Louis.

Bryon Multi-Family
This historic property in Clayton took advantage of incredible character while introducing conveniences of central air, in-unit laundry, new fire escapes and new kitchens and baths, all while maintaining the original wood floors and crown molding. Multiple projects phased across a six year period have allowed occupancy the entire duration.
