This exclusive 2,000 sq. ft. penthouse includes private rooftop access and a guest suite that both sits just steps away from the full service restaurant and speakeasy bar below. Restoration of a historic building into a penthouse apartment. It sits atop the Historic Centennial Malt House located on the edge of Lafayette Square.

This unique renovation included a new story for an abandoned home in Brentwood, MO. The renovation included all new utilities and finishes on every level above the basement providing 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a spacious covered patio and dual main bedroom suites.

This historic property in Clayton took advantage of incredible character while introducing conveniences of central air, in-unit laundry, new fire escapes and new kitchens and baths, all while maintaining the original wood floors and crown molding. Multiple projects phased across a six year period have allowed occupancy the entire duration.

A full-service hotel boasting an extravagant lobby bar and “underground” amenities. The Cupples Buildings, are a key part of the historic fabric in downtown St. Louis. The building features distinctive brickwork, arched windows, and detailed masonry.
